Reiki Level 1

This course is designed for beginners and focuses on self-healing and healing others. Students will learn:

• The History of Reiki: Understanding the origins of Reiki, its development by Dr. Mikao Usui, and the lineage of Reiki masters.

• Energy Awareness: An introduction to the concept of life force energy (Chi) and how it flows through the body.

• The Reiki Principles: Exploring the five Reiki principles that guide practitioners in living a balanced and mindful life.

• Hand Positions for Self-Healing: Practical training on hand placements for channeling Reiki energy into oneself to promote relaxation, stress relief, and healing.

• Healing Others: Basic techniques to offer Reiki energy to others, including loved ones and pets.

• Reiki Attunement: The course includes a sacred attunement ceremony, which connects students to the universal Reiki energy, enabling them to channel it for healing purposes.

• Grounding and Protection Techniques: Methods to stay grounded and protect one's energy field while practicing Reiki.

By the end of Reiki Level 1, students will have the confidence to perform Reiki on themselves and others and will have a strong foundation to build upon in future levels.
