About the Course
Reiki Level 3 — Masters (Shinpiden)
Step into the full Usui Reiki lineage
Reiki Level 3 — Shinpiden, the "mystery teachings" — is the final stage of the traditional Usui Reiki system and the point at which you become both a Master practitioner and a teacher in your own right. It's a profound, quiet, carefully held course, taken only by those who feel genuinely called.
At RP Therapies, Masters training is taught in very small groups (often one-to-one or two students) at our purpose-built therapy centre, giving you the time, attention, and depth this level deserves.
What is Reiki Masters training?
At Master level you receive the Master symbol and mantra, the final attunement in the Usui system, and you are shown how to pass attunements on to your own future students. You also spend meaningful time revisiting the earlier levels — not as revision, but as integration — so that your Reiki ripens into a steady, daily practice rather than an occasional tool.
This is the level where Reiki stops being something you do and becomes something you are.
What Reiki Masters covers
Deep revisit of Levels 1 and 2: the history, the symbols, the principles, and your own lived experience of them
The Master symbol and mantra, their meaning, and their use in treatment and teaching
Your Master-level attunement on the full Usui lineage
How to perform Reiki attunements for Levels 1, 2, and Master students
Structuring and delivering your own courses: pacing, lesson plans, manuals, certificates
Practical considerations of running a Reiki business: insurance, pricing, safeguarding, ethics
Lineage and the responsibility of holding the teachings for others
Personal development work — working with your own patterns, shadow, and purpose
By the end of the course you'll be a fully attuned Reiki Master able to treat, teach, and initiate your own students on the Usui lineage.
Who is this course for?
Reiki Masters is for those who have completed Reiki Levels 1 and 2, have spent meaningful time in practice, and feel called to carry the lineage forward — whether to teach formally, to work as a full-time practitioner, or simply to deepen their own path as far as the Usui system goes.
We usually recommend at least six to twelve months between Level 2 and Masters. That said, every journey is individual; if you're unsure whether the timing is right, just ask.

What to expect
Masters training is quieter and more contemplative than the earlier levels. There is more silence, more meditation, more one-to-one conversation — and less rushing through material. You'll leave with real skill and real confidence; not a paper qualification but a lived Mastery.
Before we confirm your place, we'll have a short, no-pressure conversation so we can both be sure the timing is right.
After the course
You'll leave fully qualified to teach Reiki Levels 1, 2, and Masters on the Usui lineage. Many of our Masters go on to run their own courses, build practitioner circles, or bring Reiki into other therapeutic work. Our ongoing mentorship is there whenever you need it.
About your teacher
Reiki Masters is taught by Richy ("Dickie") Parton, founder of RP Therapies and a long-standing Reiki and spiritual healing practitioner. Dickie has completed full Reiki Masters training twice, with two different tutors on two separate lineages — a deliberate decision to ground himself deeply in the Usui system from more than one angle before taking on Master-level students of his own. That dual training shapes the way he teaches Masters: carefully, quietly, and with genuine respect for the tradition he's passing on.

If Reiki Masters is something you know is coming — rather than something you're simply curious about — I'd love to hear from you.
